On October 8, I began working as the McCracken County property valuation administrator (PVA) after being appointed by Governor Bevin to finish the term of the retiring McCracken County PVA. Unfortunately, I was required to discontinue my real estate business to avoid an ethical conflict. I have escrowed my real estate license and re-assigned my listings to my broker.

To keep my job I must win the election on November 6. I ran for this office in 2014 and lost by a small margin. My mission is to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the PVA office. On my first day as PVA we were able to save approximately $3,600 of tax payer money each year. We're off to a good start!

My background includes the following:
  1. Worked 11 years as a Kentucky Realtor
  2. A masters degree in business administration (MBA)
  3. Leadership Paducah class #26
  4. Decorated US Navy veteran
I would greatly appreciate your vote on November 6th. A simple way to support me before the election is to place a yard sign in your yard. For a yard sign please call or text me at 270-994-3749.

One of the first things we are taught when we begin working in real estate is to use our "sphere of influence". Please encourage your friends and family to vote for me.
